How Reviva pricing works
Reviva is designed for larger groups, with 16 bedrooms, purpose-built studio with Pilates reformers, a comprehensive gym, on-site catering and concierge-style support. Accordingly, the venue attracts premium pricing.
We don't typically work with flat hire fees, but on a revenue share basis. You'll see this expressed as a percentage split throughout the calculator below, the share of gross revenue you keep.

We can accommodate up to 32 guests across 16 rooms. The studio will offer 19 reformers or 26 yoga mats, with good circulation space.

How will your guests be accommodated?
Groups can mix single and shared occupancy rooms.
Shared rooms can reduce the per-person price, making your trip more accessible.
Single rooms usually have a higher per-person price, and can increase your total revenue, with a smaller group.

How many guests will have their own room?
Single occupancy guests usually pay a supplement on top of the shared rate. This should be considered when setting your prices in the next section.
