How Reviva pricing works
Reviva is designed for larger groups, with 16 spacious bedrooms, full-service facilities, purpose-built studio and gym, on-site catering and concierge-style support, which attracts premium pricing accordingly.
We don't typically work with flat hire fees, but on a revenue share basis. You'll see this expressed as a percentage split throughout the calculator below, the share of gross revenue you keep. A number of factors shape where you land, price, timing, and group size among them, the calculator below walks you through it.
Your share reflects your role, running the sessions guests come for. Reviva's share funds a fully operated venue, the accommodation, studio, gym, spa, catering, cleaning, and logistics behind every stay, not a self-managed rental.

How many guests in your group?
We can host up to 32 guests, with some groups having two hosts. Partnering with another host to combine communities is a great way to build a larger group and increase your revenue share.
The Reviva studio accommodates 18 reformers or 26 yoga mats with good circulation space - ideal for mixed-format or larger groups.
Groups of 16 guests or more receive a 1% revenue share uplift, rising to a further 1% at 24 guests or more.

How will your guests be accommodated?
Groups can mix single and shared occupancy rooms. Shared rooms can reduce the per-person price, making your trip more accessible. Single rooms usually have a higher per-person price, and can increase your total revenue, with a smaller group.

How many guests will have their own room?
Single occupancy guests usually pay a supplement on top of the shared rate. This should be considered when setting your ticket price in the next section.

How many nights?
Most group trips run 5 to 7 nights. Longer stays increase total revenue and your earnings, but may reduce the pool of guests who can commit.

Which month might you stay?
The time of year you choose affects your revenue share, here's how it breaks down.
Low season (Jan, Feb, Dec) - +2% revenue share uplift
Shoulder season (Mar, Apr, Nov) - +1% revenue share uplift
High season (May, Jun, Sep, Oct) - no uplift
Peak season (Jul, Aug) - no uplift, minimum price per person per night requirement applies

What currency will your guests pay in?
